Dyer CMM Services now offers ANS/ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration services. I specialize in Mitutoyo CMMs and calibrate to the ISO 10360-2 International Standard. This service was added at the request of several customers who I have been suporting for years. I pride myself on my ability to offer you the same calibration service preformed by Mitutoyo at almost half the price. I use the same standards as Mitutoyo technicians and perform the same series of tests.

The following services are completed during the calibration process:

Before and after measurements

Monitor ambient room temperature

Clean the entire CMM including covers, scales, bearing ways and working surfaces

Test the linear accuracy with an OEM Supplied Check Master

Reporting the machines repeatability

Test the volumetric of the machine

Certificate generated on site

Certification sticker
